Shaw is a Raleigh native who represents residential landlords, property owners, and property management companies across North Carolina on a broad range of leasing and property-related matters. Background
Kyndall developed an early interest in property law and public policy through her undergraduate studies in political science at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2021. Kyndall then earned her Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law in 2024. Since passing the Bar in 2024, Kyndall has concentrated her practice on landlord–tenant law, gaining experience in eviction proceedings, lease enforcement, and related property disputes. She approaches each matter with careful attention to detail and is committed to providing practical, results-driven guidance tailored to her clients’ business and property management needs.
Outside the Office
Outside of her legal practice, Kyndall enjoys spending time near the water, whether at the beach or a lake, and staying active through recreational beach volleyball and yoga. She also enjoys traveling and creating bucket lists of destinations and experiences she hopes to explore. At home in Raleigh, she spends much of her free time with her Bernese Mountain Dog, Jury, who she considers the light of her life.
